Tire inspections can help make sure your tires are ready to hit the road. Check your tire pressure and tread on a regular basis. It’s a good idea to perform a quick inspection before you get in your vehicle every so often. Do any of them need air? Is the tread in good condition? When adding air, be sure not to over-fill your tire! Most newer cars will have a sticker inside the door that indicates the recommended tire pressure for your vehicle.

Get your tires rotated twice a year. Rotating your tires ensures even tread wear as there is a different amount of weight on each tire. During a tire rotation, each wheel is moved to a different location, depending on the drivetrain of the vehicle.

Have your wheels aligned annually. Over time, your wheels can fall out of alignment throughout many bumps and potholes you drive on. Wheels that are not properly aligned can cause uneven tread wear, off-center steering wheel, your vehicle pulling to one side and more. Keeping up with your wheel alignment prevents extra wear and helps your tires last longer.
