Dan Couch
Sales Manager
Phone:509-542-0234
Daniel Couch has been in the automotive business since 2005—and after more than 21 years, he still loves what he does. During his career, Daniel has worked his way through nearly every side of the dealership, from Sales Professional to Finance Manager and now Sales Manager at Speck Hyundai of Tri-Cities. That experience has given Daniel extensive knowledge of automotive sales, finance and insurance, aftermarket products, deal structuring, customer service, Hyundai vehicles, and social media marketing. Over the years, he's also earned numerous awards and recognition for sales volume, customer satisfaction, leadership, and overall sales performance. But ask Daniel what his biggest specialty is, and his answer is simple: people. Daniel believes buying a car should be fun. He enjoys getting to know his customers, treating them like friends, and creating an experience that people can actually enjoy. Whether he's helping structure a deal, sharing his Hyundai product knowledge, or supporting his sales team, building relationships is at the center of how Daniel approaches his job. That same focus on people extends well beyond the dealership. Daniel loves the Tri-Cities and everything the area has to offer—from great weather and days on the river to outdoor activities and quick trips to the mountains for an adventure. He's also a huge supporter of local sports and especially enjoys cheering on the kids and athletes in the Tri-Cities community. When it comes to the pros, he's a loyal Seattle Seahawks and Seattle Mariners fan. Giving back to the community he calls home is especially important to Daniel. Over the years, he has been involved with organizations and causes including the Tri-Cities Cancer Center, Boys & Girls Club, Make-A-Wish, Camp Patriot, and Special Olympics. At the end of the day, though, the biggest motivation behind Daniel's career is his family. He's a husband and dad before anything else. His wife and kids are the reason he works as hard as he does, and some of his favorite moments are the ones they spend together—traveling, going on adventures, and making memories. For Daniel, success isn't just about selling cars. It's about taking care of people, supporting his community, leading a great team, and building a life his family can enjoy together.
Devontae Swain
Sales & Leasing Professional
Phone:509-542-0234
Devontae Swain brings a fresh perspective, a natural ability to connect with people, and years of customer-facing experience to his role as a Sales & Leasing Professional at Speck Hyundai of Tri-Cities. Devontae joined the Speck Hyundai team in July 2025, beginning his first career in the automotive industry. While he may be newer to the car business, he's no stranger to working with people. Before joining Speck, Devontae held management positions with Champs Sports and other retail businesses, where he developed valuable experience in customer service, leadership, communication, and understanding what people are looking for. He has also worked as a Social Media Manager, giving him an additional background in connecting with people and communicating in today's digital world. Since entering the automotive industry, Devontae has become Hyundai Certified and continues to expand his product knowledge and expertise every day. What Devontae enjoys most about selling cars actually has very little to do with the cars themselves—it's the people he gets to meet along the way. He genuinely enjoys talking with customers, hearing their stories, and learning about what they do for a living. That curiosity helps him get to know the person behind the purchase and create a car-buying experience that feels more personal and comfortable. When he's not at the dealership, Devontae appreciates the opportunity to slow down and relax. He's a basketball fan with a simple rule when it comes to choosing his team: wherever LeBron James goes, that's who he's rooting for. He's also a big hip-hop fan and can easily spend hours talking about the music, artists, and culture. One of Devontae's favorite things about living in the Tri-Cities is something many locals will recognize: driving across the Blue Bridge between Pasco and Kennewick at sunset. It's a simple experience, but one that reminds him why he enjoys calling the area home. Devontae comes to work to build a living, stay productive, challenge himself, and keep learning. Along the way, he's found a career that gives him the opportunity to meet new people every day and help them with one of life's bigger purchases. At Speck Hyundai of Tri-Cities, Devontae's goal is simple: get to know you, help you find the right vehicle, and make the experience one you'll feel good about.
Hunter Stephens
Sales & Leasing Professional
Phone:509-542-0234
Hunter Stephens may be newer to the automotive industry, but he wasted no time making his mark at Speck Hyundai of Tri-Cities. Hunter began his career in automotive sales in December 2025 and is a Hyundai Certified Sales & Leasing Professional. His enthusiasm, work ethic, and ability to connect with customers quickly started producing results: Hunter earned Salesman of the Month during each of his first two months selling cars. For Hunter, though, success isn't just measured by how many vehicles he sells. His favorite part of the job is helping people and showing customers that buying a vehicle doesn't have to be stressful. He enjoys keeping the experience comfortable, positive, and—most importantly—fun. As he continues building his career at Speck Hyundai, Hunter is focused on expanding his product knowledge, learning from the experienced people around him, and becoming someone customers know they can turn to when it's time for their next vehicle. Outside of the dealership, Hunter has plenty of ways to keep himself busy. He enjoys pickleball, bowling, fishing, and cooking, whether that means getting competitive on the court or lanes, spending a relaxing day on the water, or trying something new in the kitchen. When football season rolls around, Hunter is a proud Baltimore Ravens fan. And when it comes to living in the Tri-Cities, one of his favorite things about the area is getting to experience all four seasons throughout the year. Hunter also has a very specific goal helping motivate him to come to work every day: he wants a Ford Mustang of his own. Working hard, building his career, and saving toward that dream car gives him something exciting to chase. Whether you're buying your first vehicle or simply looking for someone who can make your next car-buying experience a little more enjoyable, Hunter is ready to help. At Speck Hyundai of Tri-Cities, he'll bring the product knowledge—you just have to be ready to have some fun along the way.
Joel Casillas
Sales & Leasing Professional
Phone:509-542-0234
For Joel Casillas, working at Speck Hyundai of Tri-Cities is about more than helping someone find the right vehicle—it’s about meeting new people, building relationships, and creating an experience customers can feel good about. Joel has been part of the Speck Hyundai family since July 2021 and stepped into his current role as a Sales & Leasing Professional in February 2025. As a Hyundai Certified professional, Joel specializes in the Hyundai lineup and brings firsthand experience to the conversation—he owns a Hyundai himself! Joel's dedication to his work and the people around him has also earned him recognition as Employee of the Month. While he's proud of the accomplishment, what he enjoys most about coming to work is much simpler: getting the opportunity to meet new people every day. Whether he's helping someone purchase their first vehicle, exploring options for a growing family, or introducing a customer to the latest Hyundai technology, Joel enjoys getting to know the person sitting across from him. His goal is to make customers feel comfortable, answer their questions, and help them find a vehicle that genuinely fits their life. Outside of Speck Hyundai, family and faith are important parts of Joel's life. He's involved with his church and loves spending his free time with his family. They're also his biggest motivation. Joel says his family inspires him to continually work toward becoming the best version of himself, both personally and professionally. When it's time for football, you'll find Joel cheering for the Green Bay Packers. And if you're looking for a good place to grab a bite in the Tri-Cities, Joel might be the person to ask—he could talk for hours about the best local places to eat. There's another part of the Tri-Cities Joel never gets tired of: the sunsets. It's one of the simple things he appreciates most about living and working in the area he calls home. At Speck Hyundai of Tri-Cities, Joel combines Hyundai product knowledge with a genuine interest in people. For him, every customer is another opportunity to meet someone new, build a relationship, and help make their next vehicle purchase a great experience.

For Marcos Perez, working in the automotive industry isn't just the start of a career—it's an opportunity to continue a family tradition that spans generations. Marcos joined the Speck family in July 2025 and became a Sales & Leasing Professional at Speck Hyundai of Tri-Cities in February 2026. Since stepping into sales, he has earned his Hyundai Certification and continues to build his product knowledge and experience every day. He enjoys meeting new customers, learning about them, and helping them find a vehicle that fits what they're looking for. Whether someone knows exactly what they want or needs a little help narrowing down the options, Marcos wants the experience to feel comfortable, straightforward, and enjoyable. His connection to the automotive industry also runs deeper than his own time at the dealership. Marcos comes from a family that has been in the car business for generations, and he's proud to follow in their footsteps. He knows he has some big shoes to fill, and that legacy motivates him to keep learning, work hard, and make his family proud. That passion for cars doesn't necessarily stop when Marcos leaves the dealership. In his free time, he enjoys cruising with friends, combining his appreciation for cars with the opportunity to spend time with the people close to him. When basketball season comes around, Marcos is an LA Lakers fan. And when it comes to living in the Tri-Cities, he appreciates getting to experience all four seasons and everything each one brings to the area. For Marcos, coming to work every day is about building a career of his own while honoring the generations that came before him. He's excited to continue growing at Speck Hyundai, meeting new people, and carrying his family's automotive tradition forward—one customer at a time.

Megan Strifert
Parts Manager
Phone:509-542-0234
With more than 28 years in the automotive industry, Megan Strifert brings a tremendous amount of experience, technical knowledge, and a genuine love for helping people to her role as Parts Manager at Speck Hyundai of Tri-Cities. Megan began her automotive career in 1998 and has experienced the parts business from nearly every angle. Over the years, she's worked in outside sales, as a delivery driver, warranty clerk, warehouse parts delivery, parts advisor, and ultimately parts manager. She joined the Speck Hyundai team in June 2022. Throughout her career, Megan has developed extensive parts expertise across a wide range of manufacturers, including Honda, Mazda, Dodge, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, FIAT, Subaru, General Motors, and Hyundai. She's a Hyundai Master Certified and GM Master Certified professional, as well as HazMat and forklift certified. Megan also holds a degree in Business Management, Finance, and Accounting, giving her a combination of hands-on automotive knowledge and business expertise that she brings to her department every day. One of Megan's favorite things about the parts business is that no two days—or vehicles—are exactly alike. Every car has different needs, and she enjoys the challenge of finding the right solution. Just as importantly, she loves working with customers and helping make their experience a positive one. Megan's connection to the Tri-Cities goes far beyond her career. She's lived here her entire life and loves that even as the area continues to grow, it still holds onto its small-town energy and sense of community. She's an active Southridge FFA volunteer and 4-H leader and a proud supporter of Southridge Baseball and River City Athletics. If Megan isn't at Speck, there's a good chance you'll find her and her family at a ballfield. Baseball is a year-round part of life in the Strifert household, whether they're playing, cheering from the stands, or traveling. The family even makes trips to Las Vegas and Phoenix twice a year for baseball. Family is ultimately what motivates Megan most. She and her husband work hard to provide the best opportunities and experiences they can for their children, and the connection to Speck has even become a family affair—Megan's daughter also works for the Speck Family. And the Strifert household doesn't stop with the humans. They're a serious pet-loving family with three dogs and three cats rounding out the crew. For Megan, coming to work is about more than parts. It's about solving problems, taking care of customers, supporting her team, and providing for the family that motivates everything she does—all while serving the Tri-Cities community she's been proud to call home her entire life.
Adam Machuca
Parts Advisor
Phone:509-542-0234
Adam Machuca brings automotive parts expertise, a strong commitment to customer service, and an unmistakable enthusiasm for helping people to his role as Parts Advisor at Speck Hyundai of Tri-Cities. Adam began his automotive career in 2021 behind the parts counter at NAPA Auto Parts. From there, he transitioned into dealership parts departments and has continued building his knowledge and experience as a Parts Advisor. In September 2024, Adam joined the Speck Hyundai of Tri-Cities team. His areas of expertise include automotive parts and accessories, parts identification, OEM and aftermarket parts, inventory management, parts ordering, customer service, and product knowledge. Adam has completed Chris Collins Service Advisor Training and earned his Hyundai Parts Counter Master Certification, further strengthening the knowledge he brings to customers, technicians, and the entire service team. Throughout his career, Adam has also been recognized for outstanding customer service, product knowledge, and his dedication to helping customers and supporting the service department. For Adam, though, knowing parts is only part of the job. What he enjoys most is building relationships with customers and being the kind of teammate others can depend on. Whether he's tracking down the right component, helping answer a customer's question, or making sure a technician has what they need to complete a repair, Adam takes pride in being someone his team can count on to get the job done. Outside of Speck, Adam's world revolves around family, friends, and sports. He loves spending time with his family at sporting events and traveling with his friends and kids whenever he gets the opportunity. He's also a passionate Oregon Ducks fan—so don't be surprised if a conversation with Adam eventually includes a "Go Ducks!" Adam appreciates the Tri-Cities for its family-oriented atmosphere and the variety of things to see and do throughout the area. And while he can certainly talk cars and parts, get him started on sports, music, family, or friends, and the conversation might last a while. At the heart of everything Adam does is his family. They're the reason he shows up and works hard every day. For him, building a career is ultimately about being able to support the people he loves and help create a great future for them. At Speck Hyundai of Tri-Cities, Adam combines automotive knowledge with something just as valuable: a genuine desire to take care of people, support his team, and build relationships that go beyond the parts counter.
