Last month I brought my car in for headlight adjustment. Serviceman worked on it for over an hour. I was charged over $100 for his time, but he wasnt able to adjust them. I'm a 73 year old woman and my son and I had them adjusted in less than 30 minutes. I won't be back even though they've worked on my Sonata since 2006. I won't waste my money another time!!
Was looking to purchase a used Sonata. Reached out to the dealerships to see if we could workout a deal. Michael Landon is very unprofessional and does not know how to work with a customer on a car deal. When he didn't get his way, he hung up on me like a child. If you don't mind working with unprofessional sales person, he is your go to guy! Will not take my business to this dealership.
My sons brand new Sonata sits at the dealership awaiting a new transmission. 4two months.

If your not a premiere candidate; they won't even talk to you after wasting your time and dropping your credit score. Common courtesy should be enough not leave a customer hanging in the wind, but, obviously they have enough business.
Brian was very courteous and helpful. Most places try to sell you items you may not need like wipers or filters. The honesty was very refreshing.

I bought a used scoupe. I traded that in for a 2001 Sonata. i have had that car ever since. It was hard to let it go. Dustin the sales representative was very nice and let me drive a couple of cars. Until I found the right monthly payment for me. He was very patient and seems honest.

I would never go back or use this dealership for my new Hyundai, my recent purchase and once you get the keys the niceness is gone out the door. Once my oil needs changing for the 1st time it go to an independent shop along with other maintenance. Already spoke to Hyundai and filed a complaint stating how poorly I was treated. Also they have the worst customer lounge I have ever seen at a dealership.

We took the car in because of an airbag warning light. The fault was traced to the passenger seat airbag sensor. Mike Marchese (Speck Hyundai’s Serve Rep.) informed us the repair would require replacing the passenger seat. We were outside the warranty period and it would cost around $1600. I've been going to Speck for years for maintenance on my Sonata. Oil changes used to be much cheaper there. I have never had an oil leak on this Sonata, and oil changes have always been clean, until now. So my recent experience was disappointing. When I arrived home and parked the car in the garage, I noticed the next morning there was a small puddle of oil under my car the size of a quarter or a 50 cent piece. I went here and they drove me around a 50 mile radius untill I found my truck! Their gas and coffee! The sales guy i originally met didn't know anything about anything, but Everytime I asked a question he would hop on his phone or go find someone that knew the correct answer, this was truly impressive because all the other sales guys I had talked to at other car lots would just give me incorrect or flat out lies in response to my questions.
