"We only wish we lived closer to Speck Hyundai"
I live in Enterprise Oregon, 3 1/4 hours away. The engine indicator light came on yesterday. We had prior plans to be in Pasco that day. I called Speck Hyundai to see if they could look at my Sonata Hybrid on short notice. The service manager said they would. When we arrived our car was serviced immediately and our wait was about 30 minutes. The issue was resolved as was a recall matter. Much to our surprise our car was also washed and vacuumed. We only wish we lived closer so that Speck Hyundai could service our car regularly. We will be back! Thank you for the extra effort.

My name is Don Edwards.  I moved to the Tri-Cities in April, 1954.  I worked for General Electric for 10 years and Battelle, Pacific Northwest Nat. Lab for 30 years as a Senior Research Specialist.  I have always been a new car buff and subscribed to Motor Trend, Car and Driver, Road and Track, Auto Week, and Consumer Reports.  I have owned Chevrolet, Ford, Mazda, Chrysler, Jeep, Subaru, Honda, and Oldsmobile.  What I haven't owned, I have driven.  My wife also likes new cars, but likes the Hyundai the best of all of the cars that we have owned.  After reading Consumer Reports in 2007, we purchased a Hyundai Tucson.  Consumer Reports was right!  We never keep a car over 50,000 miles but we did with this one.  It was our best car ever!  We recently went back to Speck Motors in Pasco and bought a new 2011 Hyundai Tucson, loaded.  It has back up camera, GPS, Bluetooth, a panoramic sunroof, etc. It is awesome.  The interior is so well engineered. You don't need the manual to understand what all of the instruments do.  The new six-speed transmission shifts so smooth you can't even feel the shift.  As you can now see, we are 100% happy with our new Hyundai Tucson.

Speck Motors in Pasco is a great dealership.  From the minute you walk in the door, they make you feel like family and the service is excellent.  We always leave with a freshly washed car after we have the oil changed.

"Snow Tires helped me Get Home Safe"

Yesterday I woke up worried about how I would get to work because of this snow storm.  I knew my tires were bald on my FWD car.  So I called around to get quotes on snow tires.  Speck Hyundai provided me with the lowest price quote and they were able to get them on my car within just couple hours.  I made it home safely last night in the blizzard thanks to Speck Hyundai!

Deanna and I would like to share our relationship with Speck Hyundai and all the wonderful people who work there.  We are on a first name basis with most of the employees which may seem like a small thing but we like it that way.  We have purchased our last 4 automobiles from Speck Hyundai and we will continue to use them exclusively.  We are confident that when the time comes for a new automobile Speck will find what we want if they don't already have it on the lot.  We will get that automobile for the very best price that they can give and we'll get a fair price for our trade if have one.  When we traded in our Suburban we were going to buy another one, Speck took the time to search the markets and found an Escalade for an even better price that the Suburban that we were considering with similar age and miles.  We are thrilled with our Escalade and that Speck went above and beyond our expectation because they could have easily just sold us the Suburban on their lot.  They have taken car of every thing that I have ever asked them to and sometimes even at their expense which was not expected.  They will even deliver your newly purchased automobile to your front door, as they did with our Audi which was the last car we were looking for.  Speck found one by the end of the day and we purchased the car.

Speck has an excellent shop as well!  They maintain all my automobiles and I have never felt take advantage of.  They will do what is asked will be honest and upfront about that you should expect with further maintenance so there is not that "surprise expense" every time they call.  If I ever have an emergency with one of my vehicles Speck will get me into their shop ASAP.  I was on my way to Seattle once and found that my wiper motor was not working.  I was in a hurry and started to panic knowing how important wipers are in Seattle.  I called the shop at Speck Hyundai and Charley said get it over there and he'd take care of it.  I was on the road within an hour!  These are just a few of the reasons that Deanne and I are happy clients of Speck Hyundai and we refer all our friends with great results.

"Financing for any budget"

I had gone from dealer to dealer and was told the same thing over and over.  I needed help with my credit.  A recent divorce and other problems had hurt my credit.  I had worked hard to get re-established but non of the local dealers were eager to help.  I even applied on line with big out of town dealerships that were advertising on our local radio stations and they wouldn't even help!  Jim and Katie went out of their way to help me, not only did they help with financing, they were also able to get me a vehicle that I love and can afford!  Thank you speck Hyundai!

Hi there, I have had the best car buying experience EVER!! I simply sent in my information on-line, called Saturday morning to make sure I could work something out and WOW. I grabbed a pay stub and when I arrived they drove a car around the lot, came out the front door and within a short amount of time my family and I were driving home in a great car that will fit our family's needs perfectly!! I arrived home that afternoon and received a follow-up call from letting me know the financing was a go so that enabled me to do a little shopping for cute accessories for the cute new addition to our driveway and have enjoyed driving this great car from the Tri-Cities and around our small town. :-) I want to give a huge thank you to Kaylynn, Chad, Niko and Ross for great customer service!!
