Yesterday I woke up worried about how I would get to work because of this snow storm.  I knew my tires were bald on my FWD car.  So I called around to get quotes on snow tires.  Speck Hyundai provided me with the lowest price quote and they were able to get them on my car within just couple hours.  I made it home safely last night in the blizzard thanks to Speck Hyundai!

I had gone from dealer to dealer and was told the same thing over and over.  I needed help with my credit.  A recent divorce and other problems had hurt my credit.  I had worked hard to get re-established but none of the local dealers were eager to help.  I even applied on line with big out of town dealerships that were advertising on our local radio stations and they wouldn't even help!  Jim and Katie went out of their way to help me, not only did they help me with financing, they were also able to get me a vehicle that I love and can afford!  Thank you Speck Hyundai!

"Speck Hyundai is part of the Speck family of dealerships and an excellent example of what buying and servicing can be.

The dealership is neat, clean, and modest in appearance- nobody is footing the bill for leather couches and marble floors with every car purchase.  They have a good selection of new and used cars, with the promise that they will pull whatever they can find across their other dealerships.

We have our Nissan Pathfinder serviced there. If they can't do the work there, they will haul it to their Sunnyside dealership- and give us a loaner- without an extra charge.  How cool is that?  They always get the car back when they promise to and for the promised price.  The staff is friendly and helpful.

What really impressed me is how easily they dealt with a slight mistake on our last service.  We use synthetic oil, which they installed at the last change, but didn't do the 60k service.  I called the service advisor who quickly offered to take the car back the same day and replace the oil. I paid the difference between the regular and synthetic oil, which wasn't a big deal.  Shop prices are lower the than their neighboring competitors and they actually look at components before replacing them, even if the service is authorized.

I'm satisfied enough with the Speck folks that I'm starting my next car search with them."

Hi there, I have had the best car buying experience EVER!! I simply sent in my information on-line, called Saturday morning to make sure I could work something out and WOW. I grabbed a paystub and when I arrived they drove a car around the lot, came out the front door and within a short amount of time my family and I were driving home in a great car that will fit our family's needs perfectly!! I arrived home that afternoon and received a follow-up call from letting me know the financing was a go so that enabled me to do a little shopping for cute accessories for the cute new addition to our driveway and have enjoyed driving this great car from the Tri-Cities and around our small town. :-) I want to give a hugh thank you to Kaylin, Chad, Niko and Ross for great customer service!!
